How Selling Works

Selling collectibles and access passes on DJ3N is a great way for users to monetize their content and offer exclusive experiences to their followers. Here is a step-by-step guide on how selling works on DJ3N:

Create a collectible or access pass: Make sure you have created a collectible or access pass on DJ3N.
List the item for sale: When creating a collectible or access pass, you will have the option to list it for sale at a price you set.
Wait for a purchase: Once listed for sale, your collectible or access pass will be visible to other users and they may purchase it.
Receive revenue minus fees: When someone purchases your collectible or access pass, the revenue will be held in escrow until you set up or link a Stripe account.
Link a Stripe account: In order to receive the revenue, you will need to link a Stripe account. This can be done by clicking on the profile button on the top right bar and then clicking on the settings button.
Withdraw available balance: Once you have linked your Stripe account, you can withdraw the revenue to your bank account.

Users can purchase items with traditional payment methods such as card or Apple Pay.

Fees

Items sold on DJ3N are subject to a 6.9% fee.

Cashing Out from Sales

Cash out process on DJ3N is easy and straightforward, using Stripe. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to cash out on DJ3N:

Log into your account: Make sure you are logged into your DJ3N account.
Go to your account page: You can access the account page by clicking on the profile button on the top right bar and then clicking on the account button.
Press the Cash Out button: You will see held, available, pending and sent balances.
Verify your Stripe account: You will be prompted to verify your Stripe account before making a cash out request. If you don't have a Stripe account you can sign up for one on the spot.
Set up or link a Stripe account: In order to cash out, you will need to set up or link a Stripe account. This can be done by clicking on the Connect Stripe button on the same DJ3N account page.
Request a cash out: Once you have linked your Stripe account, you can request a cash out from the available balance to your bank account.

*Held balances will become available 30 days after the completed purchase in order to service possible chargebacks.

If for some reason you are unable to setup a Stripe account, you can request a payout via check after you have completed a third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) process and submitted reason for failed Stripe integration. This process is in place to prevent fraudulent activities.

Purchasing or Claiming Collectibles

Purchasing or claiming collectibles or access passes is half the fun on DJ3N. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Find the collectible or access pass: Browse through the platform to find the collectible or access pass that you want to purchase or claim.
Click on the collectible or access pass: Click on the collectible or access pass to see more information about it. Take note of whether it has unlockable content attached - sometimes there is more than meets the eye.
Click on the "Own It" button: If the item is available for purchase, click on the "Own It" button and follow the instructions to complete the payment process. If the item is free, click on the "Own It" button to add it to your collection.
Access your collection: Once you have completed the purchase or claim process, the collectible or access pass will appear in your collection with a "Owned" symbol indicating that it is yours and not available for claim or sale.

Please note that if the collectible or access pass is listed for sale, you will need to have a valid payment method ready (such as a card or Apply Pay) to complete the purchase.
